Service and account

Fitapio lets you plan and log workouts, track progress, use the optional AI coach and publish or search for gyms. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and be authorised to publish the content you submit.

Plans and automatic renewal

Start and Local are free within the displayed limits. Plus, Pro and Network are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically on the selected billing period, at the price and in the currency shown immediately before payment, including applicable taxes. Price changes apply only after prior notice and in accordance with mandatory law.

Paddle checkout

Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for paid Fitapio subscriptions. You legally complete the purchase with Paddle, which processes payment, taxes and invoices. Your purchase is subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Privacy Notice, together with our refund policy.

Cancellation and benefits

You can cancel a subscription from your profile. There is no further charge after cancellation, and paid benefits remain until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued or the law requires otherwise. Deleting your account immediately cancels active subscriptions and removes access to benefits.

Gyms and user content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of published information and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it so the directory can operate. You arrange membership and access directly with the gym; Fitapio does not sell or guarantee them.

Health and AI

Fitapio, plan examples, estimates and AI suggestions are for organisation and information only. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for a professional. Stop if you feel pain or a health problem and consult a qualified healthcare professional. You decide whether to apply a suggestion.

Acceptable use

Illegal content, impersonation, service disruption, unauthorised access, automated exhaustion of resources and infringement of others’ rights are not allowed. We may limit or end access to protect users and the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service safe and available, but maintenance and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Termination, governing law and changes

You can delete your account at any time. Serbian law applies to these terms, without reducing the mandatory protection available to you as a consumer where you live. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
